The WorldGraph is a living digital twin of the global economy, geopolitics, and human infrastructure. It is built on three unified engines — Qdrant for vectors, NebulaGraph for edges, and PostgreSQL for relational truth — operating as a single data fabric. At the time of writing, it holds approximately 70,000 nodes and 2.2 million edges, with 501,000 embeddings in active recall pools.
The architecture has seven layers:
- Layer 0 — Philosophical. Permanent. Falsifiability, Mosaic Theory, antifragility, systems thinking. The rules of the game.
- Layer 1 — Static Reality. Years to decades. Geography, politics, law, corporate structures, physical infrastructure, social systems.
- Layer 2 — Transformation. Years. Material flows, infrastructure, intellectual structures — banks, exchanges, standards bodies.
- Layer 3 — Dynamics. Months. Intelligence sources, actor behavior, feedback loops.
- Layer 4 — Signals and Theses. Weeks to months. The twelve signal classes translate raw data into directional predictions.
- Layer 5 — Action-Output. Real-time. Intelligence products, vulnerability audits, portfolio scans, policy drafts.
- Layer 6 — Self-Improvement. Continuous. The system audits its own performance and corrects methodology when signals fail.
A change in Layer 1 — a new trade agreement — cascades through Layer 2 (material flows), Layer 3 (actor behavior), Layer 4 (a signal), Layer 5 (a client alert), and feeds back into Layer 6 (did the signal hold?).
